摘要
以乳化蒸发-低温固化法制备苦参碱固体脂质纳米粒,采用均匀设计优化处方工艺,并用透射电镜观察外观形态,差示扫描量热法和X-射线衍射分析法对优化得到的制品进行物相分析研究。平均包封率为(51.4±1.2)%,平均粒径(157.4±22.4)nm。
Theuniformity design was used to optimize the preparation of solid lipid nanoparticles(SLN) loading matrine prepared by the method of emulsion evaporation-solidification at low temperature. The morphology and particle size of the preparation were examined by transmission electron microscope, and its material phase was validated by DSC and X-ray diffraction. The mean entrapment ratio ofmatrine-SLN was (51.4±1.2)%, and average diameter was (157.4± 22.4)nm.
