摘要 2型糖尿病(T2 DM )治疗模式已由首先采用促胰岛素分泌的药物 ,转变为首选胰岛素增敏剂单用或与另一类胰岛素增敏剂联合治疗。从药理依据及治疗方案对这种模式改变依据进行了综述。 The Therapeutic mode of T 2DM has changed from adopting the medicing insulinotropin secretion firstly to adopting euglycemic agent alonely or alliance the other kind firstly.In the article,Wereview the evidence of the mode change,medical theory and treatment prescription.
