摘要
以水为工作介质,研究了降膜蒸发管内插入螺旋线对蒸发侧传热性能的影响,对8种不同参数的螺旋线进行了恒壁温实验.结果表明,采用插头式布膜器在雷诺数为4 000~14 000范围内较溢流型布膜器可提高传热系数.同时讨论了传热温差、雷诺数、螺旋线结构参数和真空度对降膜侧传热性能的影响.并在此次实验的基础上提出了最佳螺旋线参数的范围.
The influence of the falling film evaporating tubes inserted helixes on the heat transfer of evaporation side was studied taking water as a medium. A constant wall temperature experiment was made for the helixes of eight different parameters. The result shows that the heat transfer coefficient could be raised by using the interposition distributor than using the overflow distributor when Reynold number was between 4 000~14 000. Meanwhile, the influences of temperature difference of heat transfer, Reynold number, structure parameters of helixes, and vacuum degree on the heat transfer performance of falling film side were discussed, and the best range of helix parameter was proposed based on the experiment.
