摘要
研究了玻璃纤维和弹性体(EPDM g MAH) ,对尼龙66(PA66)的增韧、增强的效果。结果表明,玻璃纤维对PA66有很好的增强效果,当玻璃纤维质量分数达3 0 %时,共混体系的拉伸强度达到112 . 13MPa ;玻璃纤维对PA66也有一定的增韧作用,当玻璃纤维质量分数为18%时,增韧效果最好。EPDM g MAH对PA66有很好的增韧作用,当EPDM -g -MAH填充量增加到10 %时,共混体系的冲击强度提高到2 8 .3kJ/m2 ;但体系的拉伸强度有所下降。
Glass fibers and elastomers(EPDM-g-MAH)were blended with PA66, and the effect on the toughening and reinforcing modification of PA66 were studied.The results showed that the glass fibers had sound reinforcing effect,when the mass fraction reached to 30%,the tensile strength increased to 112.13MPa.Glass fibers also had some toughening effect on the resin,the best toughening effect could be obtained when the content of glass fiber arrived at the point of 18%.EPDM-g-MAH had good toughening effect,when the content ascended to 10%,the impact strength increased to 28.3 kJ/m-2,but with a sharp descending in tensile strength.
