摘要
讨论了测量物体宏观轮廓的常用光学方法:飞行时间法,结构光法,相位法,干涉法,摄影法,比较了各种方法的优缺点,分析了当前的研究热点和发展方向。
An overview of some main optical methods are provided on 3D shape measurement,that is time-of-flight, structured light, phase measurement, interferometry and photogrammetry. Advantages and limitations are discussed, their current research focus and perspective trend are presented.
