摘要
对鞍钢三炼钢厂板坯连铸中间罐结构进行优化研究,发现原钢水在中间罐内的停留时间短和活塞流体积小、死区体积大,不利于钢中非金属夹杂物上浮。采用结构合理的挡墙和湍流控制装置能够改善罐内流体的流动特性,使钢包长水口注流区上方的液面流动平稳,促进钢中非金属夹杂物上浮,提高铸坯质量。
The flow control devices in the tundish of slab continuous caster in No. 3 Steelmaking Plant, Anshan Iron & Steel Group Co. , are studied and optimized in water model experiments. The results show that the original tundish configuration had a short residence time, small plug flow volume and large dead volume, which was not favorable to the inclusion floatation. Reasonable tundish configuration can improve the fluid flowing characteristics in the tundish significantly, obtain a stable level in the pouring impact zone, enhance inclusion floatation and separation, and improve slab quality.
