摘要
基于内模控制原理,针对典型的工业过程对象,给出了PID控制器的设计方法,并根据现代控制理论的观点,证明了该方法符合线性二次型最优控制的选型原则,将该方法应用于典型的工业过程对象的仿真研究,结果表明所设计的PID控制系统,只有滤波器的时间常数是需要整定的参数,方法比较简单,并且在系统特性变化的情况下具有很强的鲁棒性和抗干扰能力。此外,该方法在现有的可编程控制器(PLC)、智能仪表、集散控制系统(DCS)和现场总线控制系统中都很容易实现,无需增加硬件投资,具有较高的工程应用价值。
Based on the internal model control principle, a new PID controller design method is presented for the representative industry process target. According to the viewpoint of modern control theory, it is approved to be conformable to the model choosing rule of linear quadric form optimal control. The computer simulation results of the representative industry process target show that PID control system is superior to the general method in control quality, robustness and capability of anti-interference. Only the time constant of the filter needs to be adjusted. This method is easy to come true in existing program logic controller,intelligence instrument,distributed control system(DCS) and on-the-spot bus control system. Hardware investment is free from increasing and its application value in projects is very high.
