摘要
本文重点分析了当前中国高等教育发展中存在的分类、定位、特点、质量问题。指出:要使高等学校定位明确,应当做好分类指导工作;每所高校,在制定发展战略时,都必须实事求是地根据学校所处的客观环境、社会需要状况和自己的特点、优势,在各自的层次和类型中争创一流;高等教育质量下降既有真实下降,也有虚假下降,应当具体分析,分别对待。
The problems existing in present China's higher educational development are analyzed in detail, which involve the classification, orientation, characteristic and quality of higher education institutions. It is concluded that:1)the precondition of exact orientation of higher education institutions is the instructive work of classification. 2)when formulating its developmental strategy, each higher education institution should strive for the best at each level and type, considering the external environment, the needs of society, its own characteristics and advantages in a practical and realistical way. 3)the descending of higher educational quality includes real descending and ostensible one which should be reasonably distinguished.
