本文评述了近二十年来荧光素类、半萘酚罗丹荧类、金属配合物类、8 羟基芘1,3,6 三磺酸盐等pH荧光探针的发展。按种类分别讨论了其荧光随pH 变化的性质、适用的pH测定范围以及分析应用。引用文献56篇。

A brief review is given on the progress of pH fluorescence probes,including fluoresceins,seminaphthorhodafluors,metal complexes and 8-hydroxypyrene-1,3,6-trisulfonate,etc.The changes of the fluorescence with pH,the suitable ranges for accurate measurement of pH and the practical applications of these probes are discussed with 56 references.
