不同剂量肾上腺素对室颤家兔血流动力学的影响 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨不同剂量肾上腺素对室颤家兔血流动力学的影响及其在心肺复苏中的意义。方法将实验用家兔30只随机分成三组,分别为小剂量肾上腺素组(SDE组,n=10),中剂量肾上腺素组(MDE组,n=10)及大剂量肾上腺素组(LDE组,n=10),采用开胸心外膜下电刺激法制备心脏骤停动物模型,测主动脉收缩压(SBP)、舒张压(DBP)、右房压(RAP)、冠状动脉灌注压(CPP)及观察不同剂量肾上腺素对室颤家兔自主循环恢复率(ROSC)的影响。结果随着肾上腺素剂量的增加SBP、DBP、CPP、ROSC也随之升高。结论大剂量肾上腺素通过提高SBP、DBP、CPP增加ROSC。
