摘要
采用4种不同功率密度的CO2激光和以4种不同辐照时间处理干、湿稻种(浙糯2号)。研究表明,CO2激光对发芽力的损伤和染色体的畸变随辐照功率密度的提高和辐照时间的延长而加剧,对湿种子的影响大于干种子。激光对出苗率的影响随辐照剂量的提高而加大,干、湿种子间差异不显著,对幼苗生长有轻微的抑制作用,各处理间差异不明显。
Zhenuo 2 rice seeds with two different physiological states were irradiated by CO 2 laser in four different power-densities and times respectively. The results showed that the biological injuries of seeds germination and chromosome aberration were aggravated with the iucrease of irradiated power-densities and times, and biological injuries of wet seeds were heavier than dry seeds significantly. The damage of seedling emergence was enhanced with the increase of CO 2 laser irradiation dose, and differences between dry seeds and wet seeds were nonsignificant. Seedling growth was lightly restrained by CO 2 laser, and difference among the treatments were not obvious.
