摘要
根据毛织物表面的毛羽对皮肤的刺扎作用 ,建立单纤维轴向压缩弯曲模型 ,利用自制的单纤维压缩弯曲仪 ,实测毛纤维刺扎特征曲线 ,结果验证了最大刺扎力与纤维形态参数间的基本关系。研究结果对毛织物服用性能的改进具有指导意义。
Based on the prickle effect of protruding fibers on skin, the wool fiber needle under an axial compression was studied by using Euler's theory of thin rod buckling. The results from the axial compression and flexural tests indicate that the maximum prickle load is correlated with the morphological characteristics of wool fibers. It is significant to improve the wear behaviour of wool fabrics.
