摘要
用钛酸酯A、乳酸钛盐、钛酸酯B和硅烷4种偶联剂对无机抗菌剂进行表面处理。通过润湿性、亲 油化度、沉降速度、SEM等测试对无机抗菌剂的改性效果进行了比较和表征。采用环己烷作为分散介质来 模拟无机抗菌剂在聚丙烯中的分散性。结果表明,在所选用的不同种类不同含量的偶联剂中,质量分数5% 钛酸酯B偶联剂的处理效果最佳,抑菌率不受影响。
The surface modification of inorganic antibacterial agent was carried out with four kinds of coupling agents including titanate A, lactic acid titanium, titanate B and silane. The modification effects were compared and characterized by lubricity, lipophilic degree and sedimentation rate tests and SEM. The dispersion of inorganic antibacterial agent in polypropylene was simulated by using cyclohexane as a dispersion medium. The results showed that the coupling agent of titanate B yielded the optimal effect at the mass ratio of 5% without losing any antibacterial ability.
