摘要
重建学校文化是新课程成功实施和学校成功改进的前提条件。然而,现阶段大家对于学校文化的认识还远远不够。为此,需要借鉴国外有关学校文化的理论,对学校文化的基本问题,如学校文化的内涵、学校文化的基本分类与描述标准、合作性的学校文化以及学校文化变革的基本原理等进行清晰的梳理。
It is extremely necessary to reconstruct the school culture according to the new curriculum implementation in order to ensure its success and help the school improvement. However,we know few about the school culture. So it's useful to discuss the basic problems on school culture,such as 'what's school culture','how to classify it','what's the cooperative school culture','what's the basic principles of the school culture improving'. This article focus on analyzing the related researches and showing our opinions on school culture.
