摘要
简介了等电位的概念和联合接地系统,叙述了通信设备的防雷特点和接地引入线在地网上引入点的选取,提出了对防雷规范中某些条款的看法。
Equipotential concept and joint earthing system are introduced, telecommunication equipment lightning protection characteristics and the selection of leading-in point of entrance wire are described, author's view on some items of lightning protection specification is presented.
