摘要
从中药天冬氯仿提取物中分离得到8个化合物,通过化学和波谱方法将其结构鉴定为:β谷甾醇( 1) ,胡萝卜苷( 2 ) ,正 三十二碳酸( 3) ,棕榈酸( 4 ) ,9 二十七碳烯( 5 ) ,菝葜皂苷元( 6 ) ,薯蓣皂苷元( 7) ,菝葜皂苷元 3 O [αL 鼠李吡喃糖基( 1 4 ) ] βD 葡萄吡喃糖苷( 8) ,除β谷甾醇外均为首次从该植物中分得。
The chemical constituents were isolated from Asparagi Radix,the root of Asparagus cochinchinensis (Lour.)Merr.,by chromatography using silica gel and Sephadex LH-20 gel,and identified by spectroscopic and chemical methods.Eight compounds were isolated from the chloroform extract and identified as β-sitosterol (1),daucosterol (2),n-ethatriacontanoic acid (3),palmic acid (4),9-heptacosylene (5),sarsasapogenin (6),iosgenin (7),3-O-[α-L-rhamnopyranosyl(1-4)]-β-D-glucopyranoside-(25S)-5β-spirostan-3β-ol (8).All the compounds except β-sitosterol are obtained from Asparagi Radix for the first time.Compound 8 showed the antifungi and antitumor activity by in vitro.
