摘要
从青蕨根部的氯仿提取组分中分离得到5个已知化合物,在对其理化性质及波谱分析的基础上,分别将其结构鉴定为licoagrochalconeD( 1) ,香草醛( 2 ) ,皮素( 3) ,dihydroechioidinin( 4 ) ,β谷甾醇( 5 )。化合物1。
Five known compounds,licoagrochalcone D (1),vanillin (2),quercetin (3),dihydroechioidinin (4),and β-sitosterol(5) were isolated from the chloroform fraction of the roots of Pteris multifida Poir. and their structures were elucidated on the basis of spectroscopic analysis(UV,IR,MS and NMR)and physiochemical properties. Compounds 1,3 and 4 were isolated from this plant for the first time.
