LCM是近些年发展起来的一类复合材料成型技术。它的出现打破了长久以来高性能复合材料必然具有制造成本高的惯例,为高性能复合材料开辟了广阔的应用领域。LCM工艺技术是先进复合材料低成本制备技术的主要发展方向,是现在复合材料领域研究的重点。LCM成型技术主要包括:RTM、VARTM、SCRIMP、RFI、SRIM。主要综述了这几种常见的LCM工艺各自的发展现状、成型原理、特点、存在的问题以及解决对策。

LCM,which is developed in recent years,is a sort of molding technologies for composite materials.Its emergence breaks the conventions of high costs for producing high functional composites and it extends the wide practical territory of high functional composites.The technologies of LCM mainly introduce the direction of producing advanced composites at low cost.Molding technologies of LCM mainly includes the followings:RTM、VARTM、SCRIMP、RFI、SRIM.The developing states of every common LCM,and its molding principle, special features,existing problems and the trobleshooting are reviewed.
