摘要
说明研究道路交通事故社会经济损失的重要性和发展前景,简要阐述评价道路交通事故损失中涉及到的一些概念。根据我国道路交通事故的特点,并借鉴国外对道路交通事故损失计量的经验,提出评价道路交通事故社会经济损失的评价指标体系。对比分析道路交通事故损失评价方法,建议我国评价道路交通事故社会经济损失采取综合评价方法。
In this paper,the importance and developing trend of studying road accident socie-economic loss are explained,and some concepts about road accident loss are expounded in brief.Based on China's road accident characteristic and foreign experience in the estimation of accident loss,this paper presents evaluation indicator system,and analyzes road accident evalution.It is suggested that synthesis evaluation method should be taken for estimating road accident socie-economic cost.
