摘要
在对芥蓝C100-12×甘蓝秋50-Y7杂交组合构建F2作图群体进行RAPD检测的基础上,分别对4个O12,R13,Q14,P17进行了延长1个碱基的研究,其中O12和P17能将部分特异RAPD标记转化为稳定性更强的ER-PAD标记,但对R13和Q14随机引物未找到相应的ERPAD标记。
<Abstrcat>Four random primers O_(12),R_(13),Q_(14),P_(17) were researched by screening 3′-end-extended random primers,in order to enhance the stability and specificity of RAPD markers of F_2 population from B.oleracea var.capitata×B.oleracea var.alboglabra.The stability of ERPAD marker was higher than that of the original RAPD markers of O_(12) and P_(17),However,such ERPAD marker was not derived from R_(13) and Q_(14).
