摘要
本文以可编程控制器 (PLC)为核心 ,来构建原教学实验台控制系统。在现有液压实验台的液压元件的情况下 ,重新设计该实验台的电气控制系统 ,并进行现场接线和安装调试 ,编制可编程控制器程序 。
In this paper, the programmable logic controller(PLC)acts as the main element to construct the control system of the old hydraulic experimenttable. Based on the existing hydraulic element, we redesign the electric control system, carrying out the spot line-connection, installing and debugging, and compiling the PLC program. Finally the auto control of the needed cycle in the old experiment table is realized.
