摘要
用透射电镜观察脑梗塞边缘星形细胞超微结构动态改变,大脑中动脉闭塞(MCAO)后2小时星形细胞间隙首先出现水肿。6~12小时微血管周星形细胞突起肿大。1天,微血管周间隙增宽,星形细胞突起肿胀愈来愈严重。3天,星形细胞内细胞器成碎片。5~7天,星形细胞线粒体渐增多、肿大。在MCAO后肿大的星形细胞多出现在变形的微血管旁,有单核细胞浸润的脑组织和坏死的神经细胞区,星形细胞中溶酶体增多,其相邻的神经细胞溶酶体也多。说明星形细胞在缺血性脑水肿中起着一种保护作用,其增生肿大,接近变形的微血管和频临坏死的神经细胞,目的是保护他们不再受损害。
We sequentially observed the ultrastrural changes of astrocytes in different period following occlusion observation of the middle cerebral artery (MCAO) in Renal Hypertension Rat (RHR). At 2 hours after MCAO, the space between astrocytes in border of infarct was showed edema in RHR. At 6 hours , astrocytes surrounding microvesseles swelled obviously Mitochondria in dendrites of astrocytes were markedly swollened and pleomorphic. It indicated that the sequential changes of astrocytes presented first compensation, then decompensation, and last renovation and we discovered that the swollened and pleomorphic astyocytes were connected the damage of neurons and microvascular compression
