摘要
目的 对石榴叶化学成分进行研究。方法 石榴叶以60%乙醇提取, 用大孔树脂、聚酰胺、凝胶等色谱方法分离, 以理化性质和光谱分析鉴定其结构。结果 从石榴叶的乙醇提取物中分离得到了4 个化合物, 分别鉴定为鞣花酸(ellagic acid)、短叶苏木酚(brevifolin)、没食子酸(gallic acid)、木犀草素4′- O- β- 葡萄糖苷(luteolin 4′- O- β- glucopy ranoside)。结论 sy- 1等4个化合物首次在国内分离得到, 填补了我国石榴叶化学成分研究的空白。
OBJECTIVE To study the chemical constituents from leaves of Punica granatum L.METHODS The leaves of Punica granatum L.was extracted with 60% ethanol,and separated with macroporous resin,polyamide,and sephadex.Structures of the compounds were identified by their physico-chemical character and spectral analysis.RESULTS Four compounds were isolated from the leaves of Punica granatum L.They were ellagic acid,brevifolin,gallic acid,and luteolin 4′-O-β-glucopy ranoside.CONCLUSIONS Compound sy-1,sy-2,sy-3 and sy-5 were isolated from leaves of Punica granatum L.for the first time in China.
