摘要
阐述了一种新研制的短行程永磁直线直流电动机的结构特征和工作原理,并从其结构特征和工作原理出发,采用理论分析的方法,结合其具体应用对直线电机的基本关系式进行了推导,建立了电机的数学模型,并对影响其动态性能的参数进行了分析,给出了电机的动态模型结构图和传递函数关系式。为了获取定量的数学模型,对直线电机的有关模型参数进行了测定。同时还对直线电机的性能进行了实验研究,对实验结果进行了验证,实验实测值和模型方程计算值是吻合的。
The special structure and working principle of a novel short stroke linear DC motor with permanent magnets are presented. Based on it, using theory analysis method with practice application to deduce the coupling relation between mechanical and electromagnetic equations, establish a mathematical model, analyse the parameters affecting the motor dynamic performance and show the block diagram of the linear motor model and transform functions. In order to evaluate its performance and derive its quantitative mathematical model, the model parameters were tested and analyzed, the experiments of the short stroke linear motor was given, experimental results were verified by model equations. These show its effectiveness.
