Language is the carrier of culture. The difference between cultures has its direct reflection on the language, and has a great influence on intercultural communication, so the core of today's college English teaching should be to develop the student's ability of intercultural communication. Based on this core, the relationships between the native culture and foreign culture as well as teaching and learning should be well-handled.
