温度对甜菜夜蛾染病幼虫存活和取食量的影响 被引量:2

The Relationship between the Survival and Daily Consumption of Virus-infected Larvae of Spodoptera exigua Hünber and Temperature

摘要 在20℃,23℃,26℃,29℃,32℃5个温度系列和2.4×102~2.4×106 PIBs/mL 5种饲毒浓度下,观察了甜菜夜蛾2龄幼虫感染核型多角体病毒后日取食量、病死速率与温度的关系.结果表明:不同饲毒浓度下甜菜夜蛾幼虫日取食量与温度关系符合模型Y=a+bT+cT2,取食量与饲毒浓度温度的关系模型拟合为Y=c1+c2T+c3T2+c4lnD,应用Stinner模型可很好模拟病死速率与温度的关系. The relation between the survival and daily consumption of virus-infected larvae of Spodoptera exigua Hünber and temperature was studied under 5 tempertures and 5 concentrations. The result showed that the relation between daily consumption and temperature accords with Y=a+bT+cT 2 in different concentrations.Compound relation among three ingredients matched well with Y=C_ 1+C_ 2T+C_ 3T 2+C_ 4lnD.Relation between death velocity and temperture can be simulated with Stinner model.
