学术腐败探源及其防治

An Exploration on the Origin of Academic Corruption and Its Prevention

学术腐败是指学者和学术界在学术活动中有意违背学术道德和学术规范而出现的不道德行为和欺骗行为。目前,学术腐败主要表现在学术研究的功利化、学术评价的非理性化、文人相轻、泡沫学术等方面。学术腐败现象的蔓延不利于学风建设,阻碍了我国学术水平的提高及与国际学术界的接轨,既危害社会,也危害个人。学术腐败产生和蔓延的原因是多方面的。遏制学术腐败的策略是既要通过各种办法和途径揭露、惩处和预防学术腐败的发生,也要重建学术规范、创造有序的学术环境、塑造良好的中国学术形象。

Academic corruption is immoral and deceitful behaviour by scholoars and the academic community who intend to violate academic morality and norms in academic activities. At present, academic corruption is mainly manifested in the utility of academic research, the irrationality of academic evaluation, scholars' tending to scorn each other and bubble learning. The proliferation of this corruption is not beneficial to the cultivation of academic discipline. It also hinders the improvement of Chinese academic research and is not in agreement with the international academic community. The corruption halms both society and scholars themselves. There are many reasons for its birth and proliferation. To restrain it, we should by all means not only expose, punish and prevent it, but also reconstruct academic norms, creat orderly academic surroundings and portray good Chinese learning.
