数控铣床电解加工工艺的研究

摘要 提出利用数控铣床、电解加工工艺对模具型腔表面进行光整加工的方法,通过实验表明,此工艺是一种自动化程度高、加工成本低廉、简便实用的光整加工方法。 This text puts for wang the methals of the light clean to die antrum surface using NC milling manchine and electrolysis process. Passing the experiment, this cnaft is a kind of high degree of auto mation and the cost is cheap and the methocl is simple and practical.
