摘要
构建了黄土高原小流域综合治理效益评价指标体系,以砖窑沟流域为例,选择1989、1998、2010年3个时期,采用多维灰色评估模型进行小流域综合治理效益评价。结果表明,高灰类和低灰类的土地面积均为上升趋势,但高灰类上升缓慢,中灰类呈迅速下降趋势。同时,划分了综合治理效益发展趋势类型,即高稳定型、低稳定型、上升型、下降型和不稳定型,其中低稳定型和下降型的发展趋势成为流域的主要类型。今后的黄土高原小流域综合治理应采取新思路、新策略。图3,参13。
An evaluating index system is put forward on the benefits of small watershed comprehensive controls on the Loess Plateau.Taking Zhuanyaogou watershed in northwest of Shanxi province as an example,the multidimensional gray evaluation model is used to evaluate the benefits of comprehensive controlling in 1989,1998 and 2010.The results show that the land area of high gray type and low gray type go up and the middle gray type land area rapidly goes down.At the same time,the development trend types on comprehensive controlling benefits are divided.There are high stable type,low stable type,ascending type,descending type and unstable type.The low stable type and descending type are main types.New conception and new tactic should be applied in the future.
