摘要
以α甲基苯乙烯加氢系统为研究体系,研究了涓流床反应器的流体力学特征,观察了反应器内的流型转变和液体分布情况,并在冷态下研究了涓流床反应器内压降、持液量、流型等随气速、液速变化的规律,为涓流床反应器传质研究和模型建立提供必要的支持。结果表明:通过改变气速和液速,可观察到涓流床反应器内明显的流型转变,可以限定气速和液速范围,使反应器内的流型控制在滴流区或脉动区;反应器内压降梯度受气速影响较液速大;静持液量只与体系的物性、填料特性和装填方式有关;当液速提高到一定程度时,反应器内返混的影响很小;随着液速的增加,平均停留时间起初下降很快,到一定液速时,趋于平缓。
The hydrodynamics characteristics of trickle bed reactor were studied using α-methylstyrene hydrogenation system as mediums. The flow regime transformation in reactor and non - uniform distribution of liquid in packing column were observed. The regularities on the change of pressure drop, liquid holdup, flow regimes with gas and liquid velocity were investigated in cool condition,which was helpful to the mass transfer research and reactor model development.
