低分子肝素联合氯沙坦治疗糖尿病肾病临床观察

Clinical observation of the Effect of the combination of cozaar and Low molecular weight Heparin on Diabetic Nephropathy

目的观察低分子肝素联合氯沙坦对糖尿病肾病的疗效。方法60例糖尿病肾病患者,分为对照组和治疗组,在糖尿病治疗方案的基础上,比较氯沙坦与低分子肝素钙联合氯沙坦对24h尿蛋白、BUN、Scr的影响。结果低分子肝素联合氯沙坦可使24h尿蛋白显著下降,尿β2MG及血尿酸明显改善(P<0.05),无一例出现瘀斑。结论低分子肝素联合氯沙坦对糖尿病肾病有明显疗效,并且具有出血危险性小的优点。

Objective To investigate the effect of the combi nation of cozaar and Low Molecular weight Heparin on diabetic nephropathy. Methods 60 cases of diabetic nephropathy were randomly div ided into two groups:the control group(CG) received oral antidiabetic,and anti- hypertension treatment plus Cozaar(50mg/d);therapeutic group(TG) received low mo lecular weight heparin and cozaar.The albumin excretion ratio and coagulation fu nction of patients in two groups were compared. Results The AER AND β_2 MG values were significantly lo wer in TG than those in CG(P<0.05)。No case of petechia was observed. Conclusion The application of the combination of low mole cular weight heparin and cozaar candecrease the albumin excretion ratio and impr ove coagulation function,and has the merit of low risk of causing bleeding.
