摘要
呼吸机在“非典”的治疗过程中曾经发挥了非常重要的作用.但在呼吸机生产线上,对呼吸机输出参数的监测大部分还是采用人工的方式,一方面耗费人力,另一方面容易导致监测的精度不够,输出参数的分辨率低.针对这个问题,介绍了以AVR单片机为中心的急救呼吸机综合参数监测仪的设计,给出了该仪器的基本原理和功能框图,讨论了实现的关键技术.该监测仪已用于急救呼吸机的生产线上,取得了令人满意的效果.
Breathing machine had given full play to the curing of SARS. But at the production-line of breathing machine, monitoring the output parameters of breathing machine was done manually. On the one hand it wasted the manpower; on the other hand it led to the inadequate precision of monitoring and low resolution factor of output parameters. From the point view of the problem, the design of the integral parameters monitor for breathing machine, which based on the AVR micro-controller, is introduced. The principle and functional diagram of the monitor is given; and the key for implementation is discussed. The monitor has been applied to the production-line of breathing machine; and the result is very satisfactory.
