摘要
应用SEM分析方法比较详细地研究了20,45,T10和铸铁在激光热处理中奥氏体形成的转变,着重研究了奥氏体的形核位置,并讨论了激光加热条件下Ac1,Ac3转变点的确定。对Fe-C合金,Ac1=A1=727℃,对一般亚共析钢Ac3=13603.9(ln0.22d/ξ2v)-1。
The austenized transformation of carbon steels of 20, 45 and T10 as well as castiron of HT200 has been investigated at some length with SEM analyses. We put stress uponstudying the sites of austenitic nucleation and discussing the determination of transformationpoints, Acl and Ac3, of materials in laser heating. For Fe-C alloys, Ac1=A1 = 727 ℃, andfor hypoeutectoid steels, Ac3 = 1 3603. 9 × (1n 0. 22 d/ξ-2v)-1.
