江苏省残疾人体育教育的现状调查及对策研究

Research on Current Situation and Strategy of Physical Education of the Handicapped in Jiangsu Province

对江苏省部分市、区的15所特殊学校的体育教学现状作了调查分析。结果表明:1)当前各校使用的特殊体育教材已明显不适应时代发展的要求,造成这种局面的主要原因是教学对象的残疾程度发生变化。2)学生普遍喜欢体育课,尤其喜爱篮球、乒乓球、羽毛球项目。3)体育教师非常敬业,但教学理念、方法要转变,学历要提高。4)体育设施陈旧落后,要改善教学条件需要上级有关部门的大力支持。5)重视课余训练工作,特殊学校也是残奥会等特殊体育后备人才培养基地。并对残疾人体育教育的发展提出积极的建议。

This paper conducts an investigation study with attention to the current situation of P.E. among the handicapped students in a sample of 15 special education schools in the areas of Jiangsu. The results of investigations indicate that: 1) There is great disparity on the special teaching material of P.E used by many schools.The major reason is that the extent of teaching object have great changes;2) Students like physical class generally. especially to basketball,table tennis and badminton;3) The physical teachers work hard. But the teaching ideas and ways should be changed. The knowledge should be improved too;4) The physical equipment is poor. So the improvement of teaching conditions need great support from superior department;5) We should pag attention to the training. The special school is the base of cultivating reserve forces for Paralympics. At last the author gives some positive suggestion for the development of P.E for the handicapped.
