摘要
文章通过查阅大量文献,研究了6位单取代β-CD及其全衍生化产物的不同合成方法,并报到了各种全衍生化β-CD作为高效液相色谱键合固定相的合成方法及其在HPLC中的应用。
We have made a research on the synthesis of (mono-6-substituted) β-cyclodextrin and its derivatives by references. We also report the ways of synthesizing perderivatized β-cyclodextrins and their application, which were used as chiral stationary phases in high performance liquid chromatography.
