摘要
开发了1种低黏度、低苯乙烯含量、高阻燃低烟低毒的基体树脂和以氢氧化铝为主要添加剂的玻璃钢制品。其力学性能好,阻燃等级高,此种阻燃树脂通过了中国铁道标准、德国DIN5510和法国NFF16 101等标准检验并在玻璃钢工业中获得了很好的应用。
A low smoke,low toxicity and fire retardant(FR)resin with low viscosity,low styrene content,Palatal S320T-954AT was developed and the GRP made from it and aluminum hydroxide as main FR filler was also developed and it showed excellent fire retardant and physical properties.The FR resin was past several testing like China Railway Standard,Germany DIN 5510 and France NFF 16-101 and used in FRP industry.
