某精神病医院2001～2003年抗精神病药物应用分析

Analysis on the Use of Antipsychotic in a Mental Hospital

目的 了解医院抗精神病药物的应用情况及发展趋势。方法 采用DDD分析法和金额排序法,对河南省精神病医院2 0 0 1～2 0 0 3年抗精神病药出库数据进行统计分析。结果 抗精神病药使用金额在2 0 0 2、2 0 0 3年分别以3 6.5 9%和45 .93 %的速度增长;在DDDs排序中,3年内,第1代药物呈下降趋势,第2代药物中氯氮平居首位,但是呈逐年下降趋势,利培酮、奥氮平和奎硫平呈逐年上升趋势;大多数药物的日治疗费用呈逐年降低趋势。结论 该院用药基本合理,第2代抗精神病药物将成为一线治疗药。

Objective To learn the use of antipsychotic and its developing trend in a mental hospital. [Methods] DDD analytical method and amo unt ordering metho d were applied to analyze the data of antipsychotic using in Henan Mental Hospit al during 2001～2003. [Results] Money used for antipsychotic in 2002 and 2003 incr eased by 36 .59% and 45.93% respectively. The DDDs order within 3 years indicate d that the use of the 1st generation drug had a decreasing tendency, clozapine co ntinuously ranked the first among the 2nd generation but showed a decreasing ten dency; other drugs like riseridone, olanzapine and quetiapine showed an increasi ng trend. Most of the daily treatment fees were decreasing. [Conclusi on] The s tructure of antipsychotic use in this hospital is basically rational; the 2nd ge neration of antipsychotic will be the major drug.
