摘要
酸雨已成为全球性的环境问题之一,严重危害水生生态系统和陆地生态系统的健康.从技术和政策层面概述了世界酸雨控制措施与策略,指出了中国酸雨"十五"控制目标及其所面临的主要问题.
Acid rain has now become one of the global environmental issues, which severely affects the health of acquatic and terrestrial ecosystems. From the perspectives of technology and policy, the paper reviewed the worldwide control measures and strategies for acid rain, and analyzed acid rain control objective and the major existing problems during the period of Tenth National Five-Year Plan.
