山西省胃癌危险因素的病例对照研究 被引量:7

摘要 本文对原发性胃癌发病危险因素进行1:1病例对照研究。经条件Logistic回归分析表明,快食、饮酒、少食蔬菜、精神创伤、食咸菜、食酸菜、胃癌家族史和文化程度低为胃癌发病的危险因素,其相对危险性分别为4.52、2.87、1.60、3.17、1.53、1.86、3.94和1.53。通径分析表明,饮酒、食酸菜、食蔬菜量、快食、精神创伤五因素对胃癌的发生有直接作用;文化程度通过其中间环节起间接作用。 case control study of ris k fctors of gastric cancer was conducted in 200 cases and 200 controls.Theresults of conditional log istic regression analysis showed that fast eating habit , wine , deficiency of fresh veg etables , psychic trauma , salted foods, sourcrout , family history of gastric cancer and lower education were the risk factors of gastric cancer. andtheir relative tisk was4.52,2.87,1.60,3.17, 1.53,1.86, 3.94,1.53 respectively. The causal model with 8risk factors of gastric cancer was set up and studied with Path analysis,The results indicated that 5 risk factors, i.e, wine sourcrout , vegetables intake , fast eating habit, paychic trauma can directly influence the occurence of gas-tric cancer.and education can only indirectly influence the occurence of gas tric cancer.
