On the Competitive Advantage for the Development of Tea Industry in Guizhou

摘要 发展贵州茶叶产业能够带来生态、经济、社会、产业联动等多方面综合效益,但贵州茶叶产业总体实力较弱,其品质优良的自然资源禀赋优势还未能转化为市场竞争优势。建立贵州茶叶产业竞争优势不能仅仅依靠单一的自然资源禀赋优势,更重要的是改善产业内各种生产要素和需求条件,提高其发展水平,尤其需要政府和茶叶企业采取切实有效措施,把贵州茶叶产业培育成在国内国际市场具有很强竞争优势的新型产业。 Developing tea industry in Guizhou can bring about ecological, economic, social and industry-linkage effects. Overall, however, its capabilities are fairly weak and its natural resource endowment advantage in high quality has yet to be transformed into market competitive advantage. Establishing its competitive advantage cannot depend merely upon its natural resource endowment advantage, but more importantly, upon improving various factors of production and demand conditions within the industry and enhancing its development level. What is particularly necessary is that the government and tea firms should take practical and effective measures to turn the industry into a new industry with strong competitive advantage on the domestic and international market.
