摘要
以酶学分析方法测定了凡纳滨对虾(LitopenaeusvannameiBoone)状幼体(Z2)、糠虾幼体(M2)和仔虾(P1)胃蛋白酶和类胰蛋白酶活力的变化。结果表明,在凡纳滨对虾幼体发育过程中,胃蛋白酶和类胰蛋白酶活力逐渐增大,表现为Z2<M2<P1,各期类胰蛋白酶的活力均比同期的胃蛋白酶活力高5倍左右,在食性转换过程中,即P1酶活力比Z2酶活力和M2酶活力显著升高(P<0.05),其中各期类胰蛋白酶活力的递增幅度均大于胃蛋白酶。说明了不同发育阶段,凡纳滨对虾胃蛋白酶和类胰蛋白酶的活力变化差异显著。
An expriment was conducted to determine the activities of pepsin and trypsin-like enzyme in the larvae of Litopenaeus vannamei Boone using enzyme analytical method.The results indicated that the activities of pepsin and trypsinˉlike enzyme increased with the growth of larval prawn:zoea stage<mysis stage<post larval stage.The activities of trypsin-like enzyme were about5times higher than that of pepsin during early ontogeny of Litop Penaeus vannamei Boone.Duringfeedinghabits changing,the activities of pepsin and trypsin-like enzyme in the postlarval stage increased the most,and the activities of trypsin-like enzyme increased higher than that of pepsin.
