知识型员工离职影响因素的实证分析 被引量:16

摘要 本文基于调查问卷,通过因子分析的方法分析了影响知识型员工离职的若干因素,从中得出影响知识型员工离职的7个主要变量,即自我发展、非工作因素、企业管理运行机制、工作内容、企业文化、薪资福利、外部环境。依据实证研究并提出了相关的政策建议。
