摘要
目的 比较CT与B超在肾囊肿经皮穿刺抽液并硬化治疗术中的影像导引作用。方法 CT导引下穿刺肾囊肿抽液硬化治疗50例,B超导引下132例。结果 CT导引下共穿刺86个囊肿,穿刺次数216 次,硬化治疗失败的囊肿9 个;B超导引下共穿刺298个囊肿,穿刺次数304次,硬化治疗失败的囊肿4个。结论 在穿刺及硬化治疗肾囊肿术中,B超导引明显较CT导引更有优势。
Objective To compare the difference between CT guided and ultrasound guided percutaneous ethanol injection(PEI) in the treatment of renal cyst.Methods CT guided PEI were used to treat renal cyst in 50 patients, B-mode ultrasoundgraphy guided PEI were used to treat renal cyst in 132 patients.Results 216 times CT-guided PEI were used to treat 86 renal cysts in 50 patients, but failed in 9 cases; 304 times ultrasound-guided PEI were used to treat 298 renal cysts in 132 patients,but failed in 4 cases.Conclusion Ultrasound guided PEI is safe and more effective in the treatment of renal cyst than CT guided PEI.
