摘要
目的:论证护理人力资源与护理质量的关系。方法:随机抽查上海地区二级以上69所医院病区床护比和护理质量。结果护理质量与护士人力呈正相关关系,经相关回归分析r值=0.87,护士人力与护理风险度也有密切关系,二级医院护士缺编严重,护理纠纷发生率高。结论:护理人力资源直接影响服务质量、护理综合质量、护理安全,呼吁各级领导对目前护士缺编情况引起重视。
To discuss the relationship of nursing manpower resource and nursing quality. Methods: random check radio of nurse/bed and nursing quality in 69 second level and above hospitals in Shanghai. Result: there is positive correlation between nursing quality and nursing manpower, r=0.87. There is affinity between nursing manpower and nursing risk. The number of nurses in the second level hospitals is very lack seriously and the number of contradictions on nursing is high. Conclusion: the nursing manpower resource is a direct factor to influent service quality, nursing general quality and nursing safety. Directors should pay more attention on the lack of nurser.
