摘要
文章分析了重点学科、重点实验室及学位授权点三者的建设内容、建设目的、建设任务及其相互关系,并据此提出和构建了有利于学科建设和管理的新模式及运行保障机制。实践证明,该新模式与新机制的运行效果较好。
The essay analyses the contents, objective and mission of key subjects , key laboratories and degree-awarding institutions and their correlation. It th en brings forward some new systems favorable to efficient construction and admin istration; and also the mechanism to ensure its proper operation. Finally it des cribes the effect the new management systems would bring.
