摘要 目的:研究传统中药半夏的化学成分。方法:用各种色谱技术进行分离纯化,通过理化性质和波谱数据鉴定结构。结果:从半夏乙醇提取物的石油醚萃取部分分离鉴定了6个化合物:豆甾4烯3酮(stigmast4en3one)(Ⅰ),环阿尔廷醇(cycloartenol)(Ⅱ),5α,8α桥二氧麦角甾6,22双烯3醇(5α,8αepidioxyergosta6,22dien3ol)(Ⅲ),β谷甾醇3OβD葡萄糖苷6′O二十烷酸酯(βsitosterol3OβD glucoside6′eicosanate)(Ⅳ),α棕榈精(αmonpalmitin)(Ⅴ),β谷甾醇(βsitosterol)(Ⅵ)。经MTT实验表明:化合物Ⅲ对人肿瘤细胞株HCT8,Bel7402,BGC823,A549,A2780具有一定抑制作用。结论:化合物Ⅰ~Ⅳ均为首次从该植物中分离得到,其中化合物Ⅱ为首次从该属植物中分离得到的三萜类化合物,化合物Ⅲ可能为半夏抗肿瘤作用的有效成分之一。 Objective: To study the chemical constituents in rhizome of Pinellia ternata. Method: The constituents were isolated by silica-gel and Sephadex LH-20 chromatography. The structures were identified by spectroscopic analysis including 2D NMR techniques. Result: Six compounds were obtained and identified as stigmast-4-en-3-one(Ⅰ), cycloartenol(Ⅱ), 5α,8α-epidioxyergosta-6,22-dien-3-ol(Ⅲ),β-sitosterol-3-O-β-D-glucoside-6′-eicosanate(Ⅳ), α-monpalmitin(Ⅴ), β-sitosterol(Ⅵ). The bioactive assay indicated that: compound Ⅲ was active against the human tumor cell lines HCT-8, Bel-7402, BGC-823, A549, A2780. Conclusion: Compounds Ⅰ~Ⅳ were isolated from Pinellia ternata for the first time, compound Ⅱ was the first triterpene isolated from this genus. Compound Ⅲ may be one of the antitumor constituents of P. ternata.
