摘要
对以蚕沙为原料,经皂化、锌代、成盐等反应制备叶绿素锌钾盐的工艺进行了研究。通过L9(34)正交试验考察了溶剂、温度、粒度和软化水用量等因素对蚕沙中叶绿素提取的影响。结果表明:45目蚕沙加入0.5倍软化水软化后,用丙酮-乙醇(1∶1,体积比)在50℃浸提2h,叶绿素提取效果好,叶绿素锌钾盐的产率达到0.93%。
The paper studied the synthesis technics of potassium zinc chlorophyllin by conducting soponification、zinc replacement and reactions using silkworm excrement as material. The chlorophyll extraction factors such as solvent、temperature、granularity and the amount of water for soften silkworm excrement were investigated by orthogonal experiment designs. The results showed that the high ratio extraction of chlorophyll was obtained by softening 45 mesh number silkworm excrement in 0.5 times water, then extracting chlorophyll for twice with acetone∶ethanol (1∶1,V∶V) at 50℃ for 1 hour.The final production rate of potassium zinc chlorophyllin was 0.93%.
