摘要
磁处理是一种新发展起来的材料处理技术,可以用于提高工具钢的服役寿命,改善碳素钢的疲劳性能,降低焊接残余应力等。对近年来磁处理的发展和研究状况进行了详尽的论述。磁处理在提高零件服役寿命、降低能耗上有很大的潜力,是一种很有前途的材料处理新方法。
Magnetic treatment is a novel technology for material processing. It can be used to improve the service life of steel products such as tools made of high speed steel and carbon steel, to increase fatigue life, to reduce residual stress, etc. The development of magnetic treatment is presented in details. Owning to the potential to improve the service life of steel products and reduce energy cost, the magnetic treatment technology will have a bright future.
