改进型粒子群算法在数控加工切削参数优化中的应用

Application of Improved Particle Swarm Algorithm in NC Machining Parameter Optimization

文章介绍了粒子群算法及其改进型的原理、模型和算法实现过程,并采用改进型粒子群算法对数控加工切削参数优化数学模型进行了优化计算,计算结果符合实际情况,表明改进型粒子群算法应用于机械加工优化计算切实可行,为复杂的机械制造及加工系统优化设计问题提供了新的思路和方法。

In this paper, principles, models and realization processes of particle swarm algorithm and improved particle swarm algorithm are summarily reviewed. When the improved algorithm is applied in optimization design model of NC Machining Parameter, the result shows that the improved algorithm is practical and it gives a new way for solving similar complicated mechanical optimization problems.
