摘要
讨论了属性值为区间数的一类不确定性多属性决策问题。将属性值转化为决策者的满意值后,结合决策者的满意值和属性本身的权重,提出了一种不同于简单加权算子(SWA)和有序加权平均算子(OWA)的新的融合算子。通过引入区间数比较的可接受度定义,给出了方案排序的一种算法。实例说明了该方法的有效性。
The uncertain multi-attribute decision making problem in which the attribute values are interval numbers is discussed. By transforming the attribute value into the satisfied degree of decision makers, a new aggregation operator different from SWA or OWA operators is developed by combining the satisfied value of decision makers with the weight of attribute. Furthermore, by introducing the formula of acceptable degree for the comparison between interval numbers, an algorithm for the ranking of alternatives is proposed, from which a new method for decision makers to make a correct decision in developed. Finally, a numerical example is given to demonstrate its effectiveness.
